Not really saying much, considering pic related mogs it as well.

SOR3 kind of sucked, BK3 was passable but let down by just not being as polished as SOR2. It's sort of okay for the first 2-3 levels but then it drops like a stone. The biggest problem is that the AI was extremely gimped making the game not a challenge but just a long chore. You can move down everything including bosses with the jump kick, there's zero challenge except for paying attention to the goddamn train on stage 4. There are almost no mid-bosses either (Ash, the clown and the kangaroo are the only ones), instead one generic punk just has a slightly different palette, 3x health, and attacks more often. The US version tries to offset this by making every enemies do 3x the damage and have up to 6 lifebars (your moves barely do any damage, but at least in BK3 the enemy health was lower to compensate).

Streets of Rage 1 is my favorite as well. Sega should have paid more attention to it instead of SF II when doing the sequel.

It certainly mogs the fuck out of Paprium, that's for damn sure. I was more excited by Final Fight MD than I ever was Watermelon's money laundering scheme.

Was also impressed by the port of Mad Stalker as well

picked a random spot and watched for about 10 seconds, and immediately noticed that haggar's grab doesn't have a cooldown timer in this port. only final fight arcade 1ccers will know what I'm talking about. still, i guess this port is better than the snes port at least.

I'm talking about normal grabbing. Try it on MAME. Grab an enemy with Haggar, let him drop, and try to grab him again immediately.

What is with Final Fight fans and being the most insufferable demographic in the beat-em-up community?
>>
>>12894859
Or maybe, why don’t you try it?

Whatever bullshit you’re talking about in the original arcade version why even talk about it and not demonstrate it in the first place it’s like you people don’t even play video games
>>
>>12894769
yeah some people just want it to be hold turbo and beat the game, surely its not fun if your basically invincible because of glitches

>>12890156
I agree, just smoother movement, easier to grab enemies. SOR2 is slightly stiff in comparison since pressing punch makes you stop. SOR3 plays about as good but has other issues.

>>12890840
Sega started censoring and Nintendo started uncensoring, I don't know why they did that, I think Die hard arcade has similar type of imagery.
>>
>>12895064
wtf why would i demonstrate something that is widely known just for one doubting newfag. next thing i know you're going to doubt the existence of hitboxes.
>>
>>12894859
i'll test it out but first we're switching to turtles in time

Final Fight arguably has better graphics, but SoR was more fun to play for some reason. Maybe because of the super abilities to screen wipe enemies, made it somewhat easier and more fun to play.
