>>59697643oh reborn is fine even if some parts are cringey and there's occasionally annoying parts that can't be fixed with passwords (the part between the fourteenth and sixteenth badges being just one boss rush separated by a few Desolation-grade hallwayslop maps) as everything it does poorly can be overcome with passwords, settings, or in the case of music, putting audio files with the same name and extension as the tracks you don't like in \patch\Audio\BGMas for the one autism trilogy game not mentioned yet, desolation iswell i guess it's fine but be warned that the maps are both oversized and overcluttered with a lot of mandatory backtracking within them, and minimal exploration/alternate routes through them, and its difficulty is a bit weird with random trainer fights being mostly pushovers while named characters are harder than reborn's equivalentsand it's stuck in development hellit's still far better than rejuvenation however which combines the other two games' problems while abandoning or defying what made reborn/desolation bearable
