>>59689825nah. even at +2 it's still only 406 speed max. you need +3 to outrun anything base 136 or higher (dragapult, iron bundle, and a shitload of megas) and +4 to outrun shit like booster valiant or scarfers with decent speed. i guess you COULD agility up to +3 immediately, but there's not enough of a payoff for that either since its moves cap at 90 base power making that 145 special attack a lot less impressive.and in doubles you would just use trick room lol.
