Duel Links is more fun but grinding for materials and acquiring cards is horrendous if you aren't willing to spend the equivalent of the GDP of a small country. Master Duel is more F2P friendly because of card crafting but is also a coin-flip simulator. When you get into the lower ranks you'll often face bots that slow play and offer no real form of resistance or you'll see more knowledgeable players smurfing. Fun game play is the exception to the rule
