Once you kill Furiosa follow the icy path out of there and it takes you to the sauna area which has three (Might be four) groups of them in addition to the trees that can only be found there for their wood. If you go to the one town in the center-left where the Leylines are located the forest there also has some Chimera near the frozen lake and then two small boys plus two big boys near the trees if you go a bit past the Chimera.They also have crazy good drop rates, the big boys almost always drop a tier-3.
