With this setup your ideal maximum health is 1 and you rely entirely on the overheal.

If you didn't get a knuckle during the collab event youll have to either shell out 30m for a pair of these or wait until the christmas event. the poverty option is to get a damage to element statted 11th anniv knuckle. your stats will also change depending on what knuckle you use, these ones are for STR knuckle chars for example.then decide if you want to use dagger or shield. dagger will do more damage but shield is significantly safer. goliath punch from crusher skills is good dps again since they buffed god hand(one thing that changed this year) but youll also be using dark skills as damage. then you just fill the rest of your gear slots with whatever stat you need more of.

You can move your character between servers freely in the terminal -> switch channel -> select world menu.Magic: Blast will carry you for a long while but be useless later on. Mage doesn't get decent attack skills until late game, until then max out Chain Cast, MP Charge, Maximizer, Cast Mastery, and Magic Mastery as soon as possible. Quick Aura is also good to have, and Bless is overpowered at low levels and useless at high levels.By late game you want Magic: Burst, Magic: Cannon, and maybe a Magic: Crash every now and then as damage skills. Enchanted Barrier is the most important mage skill and you should always have, Royal Heal with Sacred Teachings is good too.Nearing level 300 a few of these will be useless and you will want to wait for a free skill point reset to get your skill points back, but in Toram you'll go through several resets before you know how to build a character anyway.Mage is generally considered a bad choice for leveling because you need to be near max level to have access to the good skills. When you unlock level locked skills you unlock them account wide, so e.g. the next lv1 character you create will have access to lv240 skills if you ever had a lv240 character. But it's one of the strongest classes and one of the cheapest, when I started playing I had 20 million spina in my 5th day and that's enough to get a basic set of mage equipment that can handle end game.

>>3065441Personally I wouldn't worry about using a book of oblivion yet, wait until you unlock tier 5 skills at lvl 240 and can start getting the OP mage skills like magic cannon. You also might want to buy a [Book of Darkness] during halloween since they're super cheap. You wont be able to use it until like level 265 but chaotic evil eye from that tree is a super OP mage skill.Familia is good to have at level 10 since it gives you useful buffs when it's summoned. If you got to skills -> use ex skills -> wizard skills and click the "rush" button, you can turn on "use (familia)" to make it auto-summon at the start of combat.There isn't really much equipment worth farming for in the early game, it would be better to get money and buy a player crafted weapon from the consignment board. Even a cheap one would be a lot better than anything you could make. The same is mostly true for armour too, but armour is less important early game than a good weapon.

Magnum, which is the most accessible one, would cost 500MP to cast, assuming you have a 100MP combo opener, if you do a smite combo (while doing less damage than any meleecuck attack). After a couple of casts, you're out of MP with no way to regain it.If you're not staff/main MD, you can't use maximizer to instantly get all of your MP back if the boss it outside of melee range.Your only other alternative is to get the Power Wave passive to increase your auto attack range to get ampr after using your ranged attack. But now power wave will forever grief you from being able to shukichi into melee range to use all of your other attacks/combos.The problem is, if you're not playing staff and can't use maximizer to instantly get your MP back after a ranged combo, the time you spend regenning MP lost on your ranged abilities feels like time lost not using your melee abilities. I could use magnum 2 times for 1000MP and deal 1mil dmg, then spend the next 10 seconds attacking the boss to regain my MP - or I could wait 5 seconds for the spikes under the boss to despawn and deal 10mil dmg with my melee combo.

I played for an hour and didn't interact with a single other person nor did I get a chance to, the whole mission chain was phased singleplayer with 50 load screens while it flashed login reward shit in my face.It might get better past that, but I didn't give it a chance. Absolutely adore the graphics, music was super repetitive, UI/menus/binds were decent for JMMO standards.Also this dogshit captcha is why 4chan is dead. Good grief.
