Only real shit one is the Ohn'narin planes.Not even because its where the gay centaurs are, but the centaurs in general are a big reason. They just get a whole bunch of new shit made up about them for the sake of trying to be progressive, and they hijack a zone story away from what the expansion was about... The Dragonflights.The greens got shafted all expansion, and I am still mad about it.

Ohn'narin plains sucks ass because the entire zone was designed with becoming a dungeon in mind.It's like how you go to any of the open world sections that got turned into dungeons like Brackenhide Hollow also suck ass compared to the rest of the zone.

The last chapter of that entire campaign is just making the Centaurs and the Green Dragons reconcile as they go defend the Primalist attack on the emerald gateway, and to give them some time so that we can bring Ysera back.That's it, thats where that campaign ends. The implication is that Ysera is helping Merithra get the flight back in order and helping her be a leader, but we never see any of it happen.Then the Emerald Dream patch happens, quite literally the thing that they're all about and where they do their work and shit, and we still only got a couple of quests regarding Ysera, which could've been anyone in that role. The rest of that patch was about Tyrande, Alexstrasza, and one random bit with Shandris and Lilian Voss... and also Vyranoth being a girlboss as we help her gather the lost random dragons and stick it to Odin.Pretty much everything with the Greens just happened off screen without us seeing much. We saw Ysera come back in exchange for Malfurion.... then timeskip ahead to when we see her leaving again.Fuckin' promoted her hard in the advertising as well. All just to focus on how these Centaur Clans operate despite some leaders having handicaps, which should actually be considered extreme detriments to the clans and that leader would be killed for weakness, but ooooohhhh, we gotta also have our excuse for Baine to not be mad about this race that damn near hunted his people to extinction for generations, as well as unnecessarily kill off a Horde character that was otherwise forgotten and minding his own business peacefully!

Everything about Ysera in DF was just a result of 2 pivots being made.The clear plan at the start was to bring Ysera back from the dead and retire Malfurion in exchange because Knaakfurion made the character far too OP to write without having to diminish his power.Soon as the datamines happened, the 5 Merithra fans popped and said NOOOOOO, MAKE HER A REAL CHARACTER SHE'S THE LEADER OF THE GREENS NOW, DON'T DIMINISH HER BY BRINGING BACK YSERAWhich was the first blow.Then the Night Elf fans saw Malfurion was moving to the SL during the beta leaks and went againNOOOO, BLIZZARD HATES THE NIGHT ELVES, DON'T KILL MALFURION OFF REEEEEWhich threw the trade idea out the window and the entire original plot got scrapped from Ysera's return, Malfurion trading himself so the Nig Elves can get a new tree, to the greens entire plot getting dropped quietly in a max level quest. Then Malfurion proceeded to retire anyway at the end of the xpack.
