>>586335143I do like epoch and think it has potential to be the best vanilla+ experience, but I don't have much hope for the server.Even excluding the population issue, the server is managed and developed by a single dude (with the help of AI obviously), he's spending 20 hours a day fixing bugs, banning hackers and gold sellers, and he's still supposedly working on new content. Sooner or later, he will burnout, and as soon as he does, there is no more server. The server is also plagued with bugs, maybe not worse than previous epoch, but still quite bad. He apparently had a few people helping him during initial development, but they all left before release.And as for the population, I have no hope there either. It seems like half of the people I met are treating epoch as a forever waiting room. The server is losing players every day and the content is barely playable with few people. With epoch's difficulty, if not playing a good class, you more often than not need other players to quest, which can be quite hard and will be even worse as time goes on. Even if you do like PvP and want to level with BGs, you can't, I queued for 2 hours today, and didn't find a single game.
