Okay I got back to the game and finished Phantom Liberty after taking a year long break because of Edgerunners 2 (exactly what the poles wanted).People said that PL fixes everything that was wrong with the main game back when it came out but that's a fat fucking lie, the new area is whatever and the new side quests with long-awaited choices that were missing from the base game are mostly variations of vampire quest from witcher 1/werewolf quest from 3.The new apocalypse now/heart of darkness ripoff main story is hella short and the final mission with Hansen blows ass.The Tower ending feels like a bigger fuck you than the devil, also makes season 2 a bit lamer in retrospect since King's story is the tower's ripoff except he was saved by the power of anime when he was about to pull the trigger.Thank you for reading my review of a 3 year old DLC for a 6 year old game, and thank you Takemura for coming up with new wise words during the credits, love fucking the guy over.

For PL they brought everyone designing missions and levels together, so the whole DLC came together nicely.I hope they keep the same workflow for the sequel.

Apparently 2.5 broke the Headshot damage stat you get from cyberware and perks (intrinsic to the weapon still works). You don't see it in the character sheet and neither in real play. I was wondering why my knives suddenly stopped one-tapping people and that's why. You can fix it with a stopgap by cheating in the headshot damage you should have with a CET command I think, but needs to be applied at every save load.

i really dont understand the stealth in this game. there are so many enemies with basically zero cover, near instant detection, and if you aggro 1 enemy it doesnt just aggro the room you're in but the entire city block around you immediately knows.
