Cutting Edge mechanics don't take skill its not even deterministic it's Rng. Azeroth Survivors showed that the WoW engine isn't good for skill since the biggest skill thing you can do in WoW is just run around avoiding things and its not even that hard. The other skill thing is avoiding RNG while doing a RNG pattern for killing the boss while RNG affixes etc etc do stuff and RNG targets decide who gets hit in the raid. Retail PvE content is filled with stuff taking too long too kill because of the new way they designed the game with scaling.
