The more I play FW, the more I realize Mars blessing is busted and everything I'd initially assumed about blessings is wrong. I had avoided Aurora which seemed cheesy/broken and I still don't have it unlocked after 250+ hours. But Mars literally just gives you the Lashing Rapture effect with none of the downsides. It's better offensively and arguably better defensively. I even prefer it over Smyrnos on levin sword builds in many cases.The only reason I'd even use Aurora at this point is if I specifically wanted to kill undead enemies with weapons other than cleansing blade and couldn't abjure them. In most other cases Credna, Mars, or Smyrnos feel more impactful in terms of enhancing you on both phases.
