Aside from 66L being full nigger mode, this game also has too many teleport fuck you moves. Six has his anti-projectile full screen walljump dive move and upon blueslopping it, it becomes an unironic unpunishable dnf duel free wakeup DP, and the EX version is plus on whiff too because fuck you nigger. Narm has her blueslop teleport which is one of the most babby's first fighting game moves of all time in general. The entire existence of Belial's moveset. Luci literally does random teleports and his jumpscare hit-grab and blueslop teleport that homes in on you. And so on.This game had an identity crisis, whereas the first game very blatantly tried to be more SF-like at least in concept. For this one they added too much full screen teleport shit with insane frame data and then they didn't give the characters mobility to deal with it. It has the same problem SFV had where half the cast was street fighter and the other half was anime fighters, it never defaulted to one universal thing and the game suffered for it. If another grub fighting game happens (lol) they need to make it full anime fighter, this is not a SF-like game nor does it have an SF cast with SF movesets. Half of them are shotos with anime fighter qualities but the system mechanics are not for anime shit, so the ones that ARE full anime are always gonna be at an advantage. Characters like Metera or Ferry would not dominate as much if the game had proper anime mechanics in place. The existence of an airdash alone would fuck the zonerniggers and make them think twice about mashing and drooling, as one example. I uninstalled today and have no plans to play this game ever again after reaching grandmaster with a few characters I liked.4.5/10 is my score for it as a fighterthis game is insanely boring and autopilot and it got worse the more I played it after release, it had an identity crisis that was never resolved and, in fact, was made worse as each new character was introduced.
