Man, tried surfing in VRC. It's neat, but a joystick doesn't work well enough for turning, and using your headset as the mouse instead doesn't work well for sharper turns. It's too easy to kill your momentum switching strafe directions compared to desktop play.It's neat but I'm not sure even a super stable wireless setup without dropouts while turning would make it doable for me.

I pulled the trigger and bought a router to use as a dedicated VR connection for my Frame. The TP-Link AXE5400 often recommended is only $100 right now on US Amazon if anyone else was thinking of doing this.Realized I probably have more connections and whatnot trying to go through my router than most people might, and hopefully this will minimize the dropouts I get since most of those connections are from my NAS.
