Because I have no life and a lot of free time and looking to work on my writing writing skills I'm currently writing a screenplay for a basically reboot film about FNAF that instead of following a literal who in the 2000s it actually follows the life and downfall of Afton and his murders. I'm heavily influenced by directors like David Lynch and Rob Zombie and their brand of fucked-up horror so this whole idea wouldn't necessarily appeal to kids, which is what I felt the official movies really pandered in doing.
