>>585403107nah the modding is very easy, it's all drag and drop from zip files or maybe 7zips if it's a big one like the content backport. most of the configuration is through the f12 menu ingame but for some mods you'll need to edit a text file. fika exists which is what you're asking for there for multiplayer but i have no experience with it myself and not all mods work with it. if you're ok with playing separately the quartermaster trader exists which basically adds a trader anybody with it installed can sell stuff to and then the sold stuff will pop up on everybody else's version of the trader to buy, that's as close as you're getting without fika.

But yes, each of those mods you downloaded will have one or two folders, either spt_runtime or bepinex or both. Your root SPT install will have those folders as well. Just extract the zip and move those folders to the folder with the launcher and you've just installed a mod. Most of the mods you download can be configured from the f12 menu. SAIN uses F6 instead, and ABPS and APBS have their own separate pages you can access from the left side panel on the launcher. They all work fairly well out of the box. Some mods will need you to change a config file in order to configure them; those will be in your spt_runtime folder under the mods subfolder, look for a config text file of some kind, make your changes, and save the file. Crazy how much the endurance perks make a difference. Finally went back to PVP after playing only PVPS since it released. My seasonal character is locked at lvl25 str/end but has marathon runner and one other stamina perk I think. But my PVP char is like lvl50 str/33 end, and STILL my pvpS character can out sprint him if they're both light weight.

When you're watching gameplay footage and even when you're playing, everyone fucks with their postfx to make the game as visually clear as possible. Tarkov on it's own has an intentionally somewhat dark lighting and it makes the game look very nice. Unfortunately for the sake of making enemy players more visible that's just not the case anymore. I'm guilty of the shit too, but after you get killed for the 10th time by some cocksucker without nods on the darkest night you've ever seen you kinda just give up and fuck with your settings to make things brighter at the cost of the game looking worse. Every single "good" player does it anyway so you're just making it harder on yourself. Texture wise the game has only gotten better, so it's mostly down to lighting. Though only slightly related, holy shit I do not miss the obnoxiously loud first person audio. The instant throw grenades, vomit inducing camera sway, and visual recoil are also still offensive.
