It's hilarious watching normie programmers try to write "lore". The entire appeal of that liminal surrealism is the absurdity and unsettling ambiguity of your bizarre situation. Trying to shoehorn a plot into it defeats the whole point of a mystery..... and repeating "wakeup-wakeup-wakeup" 50 times and iterating the same lanky black figure just doesn't make shit scary either. It's just tacky and jarringly amateurish and i see it everywhere in indie "horror" shit now man. Almost like a 15 year old who just read Jeff the Killer for the first time is ghost writing all of it. Like, "muh black entities and... le esoteric text.....o algo...." This is why gatekeeping niche aesthetics matters otherwise you get slopshit like this from normies who mistake surface-level imitation for actually understanding what makes a genre work. But at the end of the day it's just a minecraft mod so who really cares lol......
>>750735606well yeah... this shit was probably made by a teenager, who do you think minecraft is for? and funny that you mentioned jeff the killer, since this is the equivalent of jeff the killer for gen alpha kids... creepypastas turned into scary roblox games and minecraft mods.
