I played with the regular patch, no plus, used a guide to get the most points out of my skills, ended up maxing weapons, unarmed, firearms, all my disciplines, and enough left for 7 persuasion, 3 stealth, and etc.
Playing tremere was fun.
Not doing plus patch since it changes too much imo (but at least vv gives you a lapdance)
