A traditional BK game as the first game for the Xbox audience would've probably been well-received. The idea of N&B could probably work after that, but it was bold to change so much with the first (and now only) attempt with the franchise.

The game actually clicked with me last time I played until a realized you have no control over which wheels are responsible for steering. Wheels in front of the seat will always steer and wheels behind the seat will never steer. What a bizarre limitation

>stop playing without even entering Nutty Acres or building a car
This is pretty much what I've done the last 6 times I played this. They should have just made a collectathon and not all that mission based bullshit.

It's a shame they didn't make it clear it was a spinoff. It's actually a great game in it's own right. At the time, legendary sequels could come out in two years and things were so tumultuous with Rare being sold. What an exciting time to be a gamer
