Probably Stolen.The game is really fun and the core gameplay loop quite addicting.But.They dropped the ball on the narrative/immersion elements and the amount of content in regards to customer storylines.There are only FOUR distinct character whose stories you can affect. Serpico, Georgi, Elanore and Lou. In practice this means that you will run out of content within 20-30 ingame days where runs can go on for up to a year.All of the mods seem to be chinese AI slop so forget about players filling in the missing content. Idk why they that side of the game is so lacking. Every other system is complex and fun af, but the thing easiest to fill in is left barren. All you need to do is sit down and write a storyline, attach a few choices and outcomes for the player and maybe unique spritework if you're so inclined.Why doesn't every faction have a storyline? Huh? Aug content is just "shoot them or lose the game" and the appraiser board just levels you up 2 times and fucks off forever.Tldr the main "plot" ends in 4 hours out of a 40 hour game.
