I'm trying to think what worlds you would do for it with the animation side of things. Plenty of live action ones that could be cool (Harry Potter world with a Voldemort boss fight would be neat), but I am struggling with WB animated movies outside of like Iron Giant and I guess the DCAU.

This is all Looney Tunes stuff, which are fantastic, but it isn't like what Disney has done which is a variety. KH is smart where the Mickey Mouse stuff is the main "kingdom" that you don't even go to in the first game, you go to movies which have new characters and new settings to explore. Your idea is great, but I also feel like limiting the scope to the Looney Tunes instead of WB as a whole shows the problem in this alternate scenario where it was WB that got KH instead of Disney, where outside of Looney Tunes WB does have a very limited animated canon. That's not to say there aren't notable good ones, just that compared to Disney's output it is limited.
