Going through my backlog made me realize how much money I've wasted of mediocre games. Hundreds, if not thousands, wasted on games I've dropped almost immediately because of how boring they are, sometimes straight up bad. Impulse-buying shit has to be one of the biggest mistakes I've had to deal with.At least my library it's helping me clean up my library...
We already have way too much games. They need to stop producing new ones
>>750721327You need to beat those mediocre games to get true closure anon.
>>750721327Yeah I made that mistake during whatever gen was the PS4/XB1. I would just go ape shit whenever there were sales. I have a ton of shit on my backlog that I need to play as well as a ton of roms and emulators I haven't even touched in months. I hurt my back a week ago, so all of last week I was able to just sit home and clear a lot of stuff. I've noticed the same thing you did about the impulse buying and buying bad games, although I did buy a lot of good shit I just haven't gotten around to playing but having this much stuff to play, made me realize that more often than not I was forcing myself to play shit I wasn't even enjoying just because I needed to ''clear'' it. Nowadays, if the game doesn't click after 3 hours...shit gets deleted. I've learned a lot of slop they put out just isn't for me.
>>750721327>I've droppedyou quite literally didn't beat your backlog, btw
