If you wanna skip the grind and are on PC, then a save editor can let you max out a sword's level with no drawbacks. Just make sure you don't add slots through the save editor, you gotta open those legit or you risk an update reverting your equipment slots and deleting any gears you have in them.

I married Bari, the witch of kindness last night. It was a tough choice, because Areciel is such a baddie, but Bari is so nice. I picked who I thought would soothe Kliffs tired old bones the best rather than with my dick, though now my gamer senses are telling me I picked wrong after all. Bari was in such a good location for extraction services, right next to pailune and easily spotted on the map because it's in the middle of a lake. Her witch business is shuttered now that she's married to Kliff, and no, she doesn't offer abyss gear services while living in your house, you just unlock a new menu to do flirty emotes together, which are cute, but not useful. It looks like I'm going to have to divorce her.

Pearl Abyss are quick to listen to player feedback. would not be shocked if they patch the game to let witches keep doing the side business even while married, though it would be weird that they're charging you.

you're too retarded to realize that those fancy weapons usually come with an abyss gear unique to them, but the game allows you to remove it and move it to whatever weapon you actually like the look of, essentially giving you a different way to achieve the same thing transmog does. for example the ator sword has that homing effect on its heavy attack thats unique to those. what you're asking for are essentially abyss gears to be permanently fused to all and every single weapon, then let you transmog those to look like the weapon you actually want to use. dont you realize thats basically just a different way of asking for the same exact thing? you fucking retard?
