>no survival horror vampire game with the bosses being master vampires and the standard enemies being fearl fodder vampires.

Unironically it would be so easy to adapt a vampire game to the Resident Evil formula with the right themes and enemy types. Hell, you could even do a Dracula adaptation with this formula having 1/2 the game set in Dracula's castle as Jonathan and 1/2 as Quincy in London similar to code veronica.
