You hit him until he dies.

Really tho, whenever he goes into the bubble and his sha-chi meter goes blue, use the Dread Axe straight away, it instantly takes his sha-chi to zero so you can get in free damage. Don't charge it up, he will exit the bubble before you can actually swing if you do.
