>>750681416It is objectively worse than Nier Automata outside of the graphics. Normally I wouldn't want to compare qualitatively different things so readily but it's easy in this instance because of how blatantly it was attempting to superficially rip off Automata.

The open areas and all the quests make the game a much worse experience, I don't need to talk about the story, the combat is decent but for you to actually engage with it instead of just button smashing you have to start the game on Hard difficulty and spend one year killing enemies and a decade killing bosses at the start or finish the game and start NG+ at which point I was already bored, so I'd say the gameplay is better than Automata and that's about it.6/10.
