If you're not sure then just grab a Quest 3. For PCVR it'd be a pretty comparable experience, I think the Frame is a bit more powerful for standalone shit though. For the Steam Frame you pay a huge tax to actually own your hardware and not have a zuckerberg surveillance system strapped to your eyeballs. Not sure that's actually worth it to that many people. It was for me personally but most people don't give a fuck about literally anything but doing things that trigger the dopamines.
