They're likely cheaper because nobody wants to buy DDR5 RAM for a stupid price lol. So yeah if you need something with DDR4 then get something from the 5000 series. If you're using it for gaming then you might also consider getting one of the X3D models as those offer special cache that speeds up gaming but those are also quite a bit more expensive.
