the 12 FPS PS4 shit was a massive turnoff. Sekiro's boring gaymplay was a turnoff after only a few hours, though. great choice to pirate it first.

Bloodborne had peak atmosphere but Sekiro is the better game overall. It really helps that Sekiro was released on platforms that were capable of running it properly. No forced vsync and input delay, framerates > 24 FPS possible

Eh, too different to compare.
Sekiro is my top 1 game that I still replay every few weeks, but trying BB now, it's amazing in it's own right, probably where "souls" adjacent titles peak forever.
I honestly can't imagine From outdoing it when following the format.
