Kind of depends on where on the spectrum of battlemage you want.Red Mage from FF is a battle mage, mystic knight in DD1, mystic Spearhand in DD2, bladesinger wizard is a battlemage. You can make a real argument that in Prey(2017) you play a battlemage, there are just various levels of sword to spell to armor ratios that all fit, what were you looking for?

>>750639970Why?You can use enchanted weapons that scale with intelligence and just pump that one stat as high as possible to get both melee weapon DPS and spell effectivness.You'll never be as though or know as many spells as a pure warrior or mage of equal level respectively, but that is generally not a deal breaker for the build.
