You'll also usually have roving hive gangs like the redemptionists who will just 100% murder any suspected mutant they come across regardless of abhuman status. Beastmen and variatus strain aubhumans are tolerated as cannon fodder at best and slaughtered en masse at worst depending on location. Ratlings are deemed useful by the guard and generally aren't found outside the sort of planets that create them, so when people off world encounter them, they're in the guard and you don't question their recruiting. Same with ogryns, but a lot of people also generally seem to be disarmed by their child like behavior and treat them nicer than most, also partially because they're strong enough to tear a space marine limb from limb, so you don't wanna anger them.
