Hey guys, i've been thinking of getting into the Super Mario Brothers series and i was wondering what game i should start on?Should i play in order of release or is there a chronology i should follow?

there is not much need to heed chronological order as it is a rather timeless franchise, barring the nsmb line I guess. you can easily just pick the one that interests you the most and go with that. although, if I had to pick between 64 or sunshine as your introduction I'd always say 64 so maybe there is an order to these things
YOU should start with the arcade mario brothers, once you're good enough at that you should move on to the ports, first the atari ones, then the nes

>>750629043Just play Super Mario Galaxy, is the only decent Mario game
do kids even play mario? there hasnt been a mario game in 10 years. if you were a toddler what mario game are you even playing? for some reason I don't think every kid has been growing up with odyssey because no one seems to give a fuck about that game even a little bit.
