So Mass Effect is finally over. Honestly, if 3 had just ended well, people would forgive the shortcomings in the storyline here and there in 2 and 3, and then tell you "it is so perfect as a trilogy, I don't WANT a sequel!" and we'd all have left it at that. The only reason people held on to their copium was that a once good series ended unceremoniously and you realized it's less than good quality, and 1 more game might've done something to remedy that waste of intellectual/emotional investment.
