Iron Lung was a smart choice because the entire gimmick of the game translated nicely to a lower budget movie. Is mouthwashing much the same? The only thing I know about it is rape.

The movie starts strong, has this long period of nothing interesting happening, before ending on Mark meeting some elder god and then....something happened.

Execution is a bit different to the idea behind the idea so to speak. That said that last act of the movie was good, the middle section really dragged it down.
