My VRChat accounts keep getting perma-banned after I ban evade, sometimes just hours after creation even if I never join a world. Is it a human mod or an automated system?

All I did was annoy a few Japanese players and say "Kill the japs" "why are your eyes so tiny?" and "ching chong" you know just the usual stuff
I tried a different IP and account, set up a profile, and did nothing with it. Three hours later: perma-banned again. Is this an automated ban or an actual JP jannie stalking me

kept saying this game was shit because I don't want to talk to trannies/furries/children/Americans and people kept telling me I'm missing out by not checking out worlds in private instances
so I got around to reinstalling it and checked out some worlds, both the most popular ones and some random ones
they are all shit, the very best the game has to offer is some walking simulator environments that are interesting for two minutes each
the "games" are all shovelware mobile slop in a VR package
