I'll admit that Jake/Sakura might prove me wrong should I experiment with them some more (being specialized in Crits/Magic at least gives them a niche that can be exploited), so it might just be Lid being an utter shitter that led to this conclusion.Those are my biggest complaints with the game and they're really only due to me being autistic and trying to maximize my characters. I like it quite a bit overall.

She synergizes well with Terra rather than it just feeling like Terra carries the combo. But with Lid, she’s just a breaker with earth element, she has nothing unique like Sakura’s damage negating LB, and breakers live and die off of elemental advantages. Unless you have some supreme bullshit like Bartz or Firion, your breaker choice just comes down to elements.
