It's very likely nintendo has some checksumming on savedata and transferring a modified save from a switch1 to a switch2 could set off flags on their end, but I don't know if it goes to their cloud or just to your other switch. If you can still launch the game after, it's entirely possible they won't be able to say for certain the save is modified in an illicit manner, but it's tough to assume anything other than nintendo is retarded, constantly using decades old tech for their infrastructure, is terrified of basic networking and security principles and is terrible, generally at everything other than making games.But a big consideration is the value.
