Dang that sword looks like a bird soaring. Rooting for ya broski.
>>750615070Yes.
>>750615070no.I liked the first one but in second I didn't passed the first section and I tried two times
>>750615070It's a very pretty game.
>>750615070If outlast one and its dlc didn't exist then yes it would be okay but sadly the first game shits on the second one so hard.
>>750615070>I will never let you go.Yes.
>>750615070NoThe first one is great and I still replay it occasionally I played through the second one once when it first came out and I've never felt compelled to return to it
>>750615070I feel like the Outlast games are some of the epitome of junk food horror games. They're kinda fun but a lot of the actual design and horror is very cheap
>>750615070Inferior to the first in almost every way outside of the inherent comedy of the main character being a closet pedophile
>>750621412And the first game honestly wasn't even that good
>>750621448It had the decency to let you outrun or delay enemies unlike every other "Oh no, you can't fight back!" games.
>>750615070I have 40+ hours in Outlast 1 + Whistleblower. I used to speed run it. I fucking hate Outlast 2. One of the biggest disappointments I’ve ever had in gaming
>>750615070It can get pretty freaky at times but overall it wasn't great. First one was better.
I feel like they were trying too hard to be shocking, going after normalfags gentle sensibilities and so on
Don’t bother with insane mode despite it not being the launch version it’s basically a coin flip and not fun at all
>>750615070It's better than the first one in most ways, the only bad thing about is that there are too many chase sequences, and just like the first one, you can't skip cutscenes.
>>750619424I usually don't care much about the story in games, but this one was pretty special, and the ending was done in such a beautiful way too, despite how disturbing the game was, it still managed to really hit me right in the feels big time. The world design and atmosphere was amazing too.
