Namco definitely tried to make the combat more involved than OG Destiny and Phantasia PS1, but the AI is still dumber than rocks and unless you're really good with micromanaging party members, you'll likely eat shit in a bunch of random battles and bosses because the enemy got past Reid and killed your casters in like two seconds. I bought Dragon's Dogma 2. I loved the first game, but hadn't gotten around to trying 2 for various reasons, and the release of the expansion seemed like a good time to jump in.

That Humble Bundle with the Spirit Hunter games, Tomb Raider 4/5/6 Remastered now that it's dirt cheap, and Anomalith because I felt like it.
