I literally just finished my playthrough of hogwarts legacy. Here's some of the things i've noticed:>the hotbar/UI was clearly designed for consoleniggers. You have a total of 16 slots, spread out among 4 fucking hotbars; that's not enough to slot in all your spells. I downloaded a hotbar extender mod and it greatly increased my enjoyment of the game. This will never happen because consoleplebs are the main source of money for these types of AAA games/they will never spend money to make a separate PC UI, but it'd be nice if the next game had more hotkeys by default>the world feels dead. Classes don't matter at all, and once you go to each one one single time, the rest are replaced by shitty montages. There needs to be more reasons to care about the literal school you're going to. I spent maybe 10% of my time playing this game in the school; the rest were in the surrounding countryside.>You can make a grand total of 4 friends, 3 of which have actual quests, and you never ever interreact with them outside of those quests. You never see them in hallways/the common rooms/taking a shit or anything, and if you do, you certainly can't talk to them and ask them about how their grades are/if they wanna play chess/go to hogsmede together. There needs to be way, way more companion interactions in the next game.>There are a grand total of 2 decisions you can make in this game, and 1 of them isn't even a real decision, it's just some flavor bullshit. The 1st one is whether to turn in Sebastian, which ok fine, you don't see the consequences of that or anything, but whatever.
