Wich one is best?
>>750583013you can see the soul floating away
Animal crossing is best followed by new leaf
>>750583013In my opinion is New leaf, it just haves everything man, nice dialogue that makes me care and love my villagers (though city folk and the ds one is more efficient on that, even if it starts rough), enough clothes and furniture, fun events, calm, lots of shit to do... DESU as someone who played new horizons i was VERY DISAPOINTED and just unable to progress, so boring, so annoying, wasnt even encouraged by my villagers, everything felt bland.
>>750583013GC is the most charming I thinkTechnically I played NH the most, but a lot of that was either just drawing or sitting through landscaping animations. Wasn't very impressed by the game
>>750583013I enjoyed New Leaf the most. It really leans into the "play every day" thing and it was exciting getting to see what new shit I was unlocking. I did probably suck some of the soul out by turning my island into a bug farm to get bells in the most soulless way possible, but I thought it was really fun designing the town and interacting with Isabelle was great. The online worked pretty well and I could get tons of streepasses while I was at college. Very soulful game. But honestly I kinda hate the progression system in AC. I don't have the consistent time in my schedule or care to dedicate it to playing a game that uses real-time clock events and requires some level of maintenance every day. It feels like a job.
New leaf and Wild World are the peaks of the series. New Horizons is just Tamadochi Life with Animals.
>>750583013I only played GC and NH and GC is better because the villagers are total assholes until you work hard to win over their friendship.
>>750583013>Top left>□, ○, △, What do they mean by that?
>>750583578>>750583383I accept either of these takes. The original is slightly better with minor fan patches, most notably the game calender ends on Dec 31, 2030, and that's almost here.
