Are these still worth playing or are they one of those games that aged like shit and are only fun for people who played them as children back in the 90s?
If you can play slightly old games, you shouldn't have a problem.
They're quite outdated. Haven't tried remaster if they make it more playable

>>750578679As someone who only just played them for the first time (along with the Soul Reaver remaster) they are genuinely fantastic, but don't expect "X to awesome", when people say they are platformers they really mean it, you will have to master movement and movesets and properly judge distances, same goes for combat. Playing the Tomb Raider games made me realise how games like Uncharted were just Tomb Raider for absolute retards.
they have really scary controls where you press left and right to turn left and right

TR1 is a masterpiece and one of the greatest video games ever made. The others in those two collections range from great to meh.
