You get the outfits that completely cheese the game in 2 for free nowadays and the survivor AI isn’t retarded, those 2 reasons alone make it way more enjoyable to play than OTR even if you do miss out on Uranus zone, (which is kind of meh anways)

i dont like OTR. it just feels awkward and the game tries to reuse as much as it can to fit around Frank which just ends up feeling weird. A
A lot of the psychos blame Chuck for causing the outbreak because he was framed, they are mad at Frank... because????

Play both because they are both are fine.
The only problem with DR2 though is that PC port is atrocious and story DLCs are console exclusives unless you play decompiled versions or on Xbox.
