My favorite are the fictional MMO episodes. The game always is implied to have perma-death or something, it's broken up into linear stages like it's Mario (no one has ever made it to level 5!), and there's the one legendary top player called "UltraSlayer360" that the main characters all want to beat and it always turns out to be the girl they dismissed earlier in the episode with a "you wouldn't get it, it's a guy thing".
