I HATE THE GREAT KHANI HATE THE GREAT KHANI HATE THE GREAT KHAN
>>750566347he's a nothingburger
Why hate, if you can become one?
>>750566347well they're gonna collapse anyway, just say goodbye to your empire.
>I HATE THE GREAT KHAN>I HATE THE GREAT KHAN>I HATE THE GREAT KHAN
>>750566470What am I supposed to do just let him fuck my shit up? My biggest fleek is 12k and even allied with other factions in a federation he still fucks me up.
I'm too s tupid to get past year like 2200
The game just throws too many roadblocks at you early on. You can't upgrade your fleet too much otherwise you'll be in the negatives for resources. If your fleets aren't at least over 1k at the start you'll get fucked up by voidworms. Expanded your territory? Well now you gotta worry about some faggot alien whos faction is right next to yours declaring war on you. You basically HAVE to improve relations in diplomacy the second you contact aliens.
>>750566596>voidwormswhat did they add this time?
>>750566596>grand diplomacy game>have to do diplomacy and consider your allies
>>750566347My biggest gripe about a lot of 4x games is simply the option to Confederate. Why even have that as an option if every faction is like "Nah, we'd sooner starve and be eaten by invading hiveminds than ever share a podium with you, our closest neighbor, trade partner, and battle buddy."
>>750566763Maybe my problem is picking commonwealth of man
>>750566514have you tried turning off Marauder Empires? Without marauder empires, Khan cannot spawn.Old build has Khan spawning, but not like this, it's terrible having it spawned near you.
>>750566763My main problem with Stellaris is the game basically shits on anyone who doesnt team up with 80% of the rest of the universe. I mean realistic really, but I wish we'd at least get more of a 40/40 split rather than the whole game being "Oh look, the Federation is completely dunking the one outcast who wouldnt play ball"
>>750567585It's an unironic allegory on different IRL races
>>750566596>The game just throws too many roadblocks at you early on.If you think this, it's because you're unironically a brainlet. Paradox games are easy to play, and the AI is awful. They add hundreds of dollars of DLC with stories ripped off from Marvel and other garbage to hide this with addiction.>If your fleets aren't at least over 1kThat's nothing. You should be hitting the millions.>Well now you gotta worry about some faggot alien whos faction is right next to yours declaring war on youIt doesn't matter because their economies are awful and they don't move their fleets intelligently. You're supposed to pirate this garbage, play at grand admiral, then uninstall, because you realise how awful, boring and unchallenging it is.
>>750566694You don't have to. As a human player, you have massive advantages over the AI, even with their resource cheating on higher difficulties, because they can't play properly. New players think this is incredible and splurge money on it, but the game is actually really shallow.
> its another episode of you played on a new patch of Stellaris and everything is bugged to shiteHonestly my main gripe with this game, theres just never a good time to play because they change half the main systems after few months and the game becomes bugged to hell and back for ages
>>750566424Not unless he spawns right next to you, as what happened here. On higher difficulties, it can be an instant GG.
>>750568626I haven't played since they changed the planets from being tile based. Plus I got bored of all the races basically being the same and not having anything crazy like the different races in the Endless Space games.
>>750568932samethat was the last time stellaris felt unique
