They aren't and arcsys and everyone else knows this+hates them which is why they only work that particular way in +r the same way testament is only like that in the x to +r games because he was a literal mistake that they didn't want to put in Xrd because of his gameplay and no one but 5 people total would give a damn about testament being radically changed in strive or in Xrd if he was even given the chance to be in Xrd.
