99% of actors get work done. Even when they are young and hot. They continue to get work done all throughout their career. There's just at tipping point when it becomes distracting. They have careers base on how hot and young they look. it makes sense they want to maximize that shit as best they can. As soon as you're seen as old you're career is pretty fucked. If you can squeeze out one extra role that could mean millions of dollars. Basically you can just age naturally and stop getting roles at 25 and people on the internet will start calling you a hag. Or you can get work done and keep getting roles at till 35, then eventually someone on the internet will call you bogged.
