I'm so mindrotten by modern media I was blown away that this was an entirely earnest and hopeful movie with an uplifting finale. I was expecting a tweeeest horror ending or something, some kind of petty and spiteful fuck you. But no, just a solid space adventure that doesn't cocktease you with no reward.But man some of this dialogue was atrocious, as was Don Cheadle's reading of it in particular. Hoooo...
