>>224037006I do think people exaggerate their drinking problems. My worst was about 12-14 drinks/day for three months, and I was able to taper myself off over two weeks without too much bother. I drank too much on other occasions for 3-4 weeks, and that's about it. Not too serious, although enough to cause unpleasant withdrawal. I don't like alcohol nearly enough to get into heavy drinking again. Feels like xanax that fogs up your brain, makes you a bit nauseated, then sick the next day, pretty gay drug overall.
