>it took them 30 years to realize the Stan character would be better utilized if he was turned into one of the kids and forced to attend school.granted, i could have never thought of it
>>224034274>The stan AI post or brown call it
It's just the same joke as the kids but they don't do the voice changer for him
>StanThat’s Tolkien
I’ve not watched South Park for years and I caught a bit of the latest episode tonight. How long have the voices been fucked? Cartman doesn’t sound anything like how he did, nor does Stan. The pitch of their voices is way lower. Is that just Matt and Trey getting old?
>>224034407They been sounding off for about a decade.
How did South Park get this shit? I thought it couldn't get worse than Tegridy Farms but the newer seasons are fucking unwatchable, and they're probably gonna get shittier since Matt and Trey love AI and will turn this show into AI slop

>>224034449i'm pretty sure1. it's them not giving a fuck2. they updated their audio systems about ten years ago and it just doesn't capture the same way the second one happens more than you'd believe.
>>224034407they are old. your voice changes as you age.
>>224036076I noticed that with many streamers, they sound very different less than a decade ago. It’s jarring to hear clips from a few years ago, then today.
>South Park then: The Eric Cartman Show>South Park now: The Randy Marsh ShowWhat the fuck is going on?
>>224036157It's been like that for at least 10, and I think even longer than that. I interpret it as Matt and Trey growing older and being better able to express themselves through an adult character than the boys. The entire Tegridy Farms arc is that times 10. I don't think it's a bad thing, Randy had some really good moments.
