The Guest (2014) - indie grind house about a mysterious visitor who claims to be a military friend of a son of a family who died in the Middle East, set in USA Midwest (Dan Stevens carries the movie)
(Like Hardcore Henry production, just less action and not first person)

Mad Max: Fury Road (2015)
Very action oriented; don't believe the feminist bullshit you read online, all the females in the movie actually fuck up everything when you don't view it narrowly

The Thirteenth Floor (1999)
Suspense, Scifi
Only watch if you want The Matrix meets The Great Gatsby (mostly it's 1920 Art Deco elements)
No action, but very atmospheric

Blade (1999)
One of the first cape shit on film that did well, it's also aptly themed, as it's all about vampire hunting and no fans are allowed (Wesley Snipes)

The Fugitive / US Marshalls
Both part of the same shared law enforcement universe, set and shot in the 90s on the east coast, about people being framed or double crossed, while Tommy Lee Jones (from Men in Black) chases them as a US Marshall
